FD Type Free Standing Bridge Crane and rigid KBK-S type workstation overhead crane have certain similarities in structure. Their main components include support steel structures, fixed tracks, European-style main beams, electric hoists, power supply systems, and safety protection devices, etc. The main difference between the two is that the main beam of the FD type adopts a European-style design and is directly placed on the rigid support structure instead of being suspended. It can be regarded as a single girder overhead crane integrated into a compact factory structure.
However, due to the limitation of the foundation bearing capacity, the maximum lifting capacity of this equipment is 10 tons. As one of the representative products in the independent bridge crane series, the FD type crane is widely popular in the market and is one of the best-selling models.
