80ton Gantry Crane and Steel Structure Workshop

The 80ton gantry crane and the accompanying mobile steel structure factory building have been applied to the open-air storage yard project of a certain mining area in Chile. The environmental conditions in this area are as follows: the maximum wind speed is 60 kilometers per hour, the highest temperature is 45 degrees Celsius, the power supply voltage is 380V 50Hz, and the customer requires that the overall working level of the equipment reach A5.

The span of the gantry crane is 16 meters (i.e., the center-to-center distance of the track), and the total travel of the track is 64 meters. The lifting system consists of two 80-ton electric wire rope hoists(double girder), with a lifting height of 11 meters. The lifting mechanism needs to support both interlocking and single-action operation modes. For safety reasons, the customer requests that the operating speed be as low as possible.

Steel Structure Workshop

The two mobile workshops are also equipped with interlocking functions, and no other lifting equipment (such as derek overhead girder tunggal atau derek jib) is configured inside the factories. The dimensions of each factory building are as follows: 7 meters in length, 14 meters in width, with a maximum height of 8.9 meters and a running track travel of 64 meters.
