I. Project Background of the 30 Ton Hydraulic Gantry Crane

This hydraulic gantry crane project started during the initial inquiry phase, when the client provided a set of drawings for a hydraulic gantry crane designed by a Russian company and requested a quote based on these drawings.

After communicating with the client about the operating conditions and design requirements, our technical engineers conducted a systematic analysis of the structural form, hydraulic system configuration, and manufacturing feasibility. We then provided the client with a complete technical specification document and commercial quotation for a 30-ton hydraulic gantry crane for confirmation. II. Manufacturing and Commissioning of the Hydraulic Gantry Crane Project

After order confirmation, the 30 ton hydraulic gantry crane officially entered the production stage. The entire cycle (including production, pre-delivery installation, and commissioning) took approximately 3 months, and the main tasks included:

III. Factory Acceptance Test of the 30 Ton Hydraulic Gantry Crane

After the equipment completed production and commissioning, the Russian customer conducted on-site acceptance at the Chinese factory at the end of November 2025. Upon successful acceptance, the paint colors of each component were confirmed.

To comprehensively verify the equipment’s performance and safety margins, we conducted overload tests of 30-45 tons during testing, with the test load reaching 150% of the rated load. The tests included:

♣ Unloaded and heavy-load lifting stability

♣ Synchronization accuracy of lifting and running in single-action and linked modes

Test results show that: The 30 ton hydraulic gantry crane operates smoothly under a full load of 45 tons. In both single-action and linked modes, the synchronization accuracy of lifting and running fully meets the customer’s requirements, and all performance indicators meet or even exceed design standards.

IV. Pre-shipment Operation Training

Due to language differences, during the customer’s factory inspection, our technicians provided basic on-site operation training to the Russian engineers and answered their questions one by one to ensure the equipment could be put into safe and efficient use after being exported to Russia.
