Underslung cranes, as its name suggests, features a suspended main girder design,a type of light and small lifting equipment. This underslung overhead crane is typically used in conjunction with electric hoists or chain hoists and is widely employed in lifting operations in workshops, warehouses, and other similar settings.This type of crane can be installed simply by being fixed to the existing roof structure without the need for additional runway support columns. However, it is necessary for the roof structure to have sufficient load-bearing capacity to support the total weight generated by the crane’s own weight and the operational load.
