The customer mainly uses adjustable aluminum alloy gantry cranes to lift Siemens components, requiring a stable and flexible lifting structure that is convenient for transfer to other operation sites. The main requirements include:

(1) Lightweight aluminum alloy portal structure, convenient for transportation

(2) Adjustable height to adapt to different lifting heights

(3) Reliable load performance, suitable for workshop and shipyard environments

(4) Tight delivery time

I. MOTCRANE’s rapid response and drawing confirmation

Due to the urgency of the customer’s demand for cranes, the sales manager of MOTCRANE immediately shared a drawing of a 3-ton aluminum alloy gantry crane of the same type that was previously exported to Europe with the customer to confirm whether it could meet the usage requirements. This greatly shortened the time for the initial technical confirmation. At the same time, we provided the customer with a detailed quotation sheet. It clearly lists two logistics methods for customers to choose from:

(1) Sea freight: Low cost, approximately 600 US dollars, but the transportation time is relatively long.

(2) Air freight: The cost is about ten times that of sea freight, but the transportation time can be compressed to one week.

After careful consideration, the customer ultimately chose the air freight option and immediately arranged for the purchase order and the entry into the supplier system.

II. Pre-Shipment Documentation and On-Time Delivery to Dubai

After receiving the customer’s PO, in order to meet the customer’s eagerness to choose air freight, we activated the emergency production plan and significantly shortened the standard cycle. It only took 10 days from production to the completion of load testing! Before shipment, we conducted a comprehensive load test and inspection, and promptly sent the test process and photos of the completed packaging to the customer’s email for confirmation, ensuring that the customer is 100% at ease.

Before shipment, we have prepared the documents required for PO: proforma invoice, packing list, factory certificate of conformity and the crucial COC certification to ensure that the goods can be cleared quickly upon arrival in Dubai. Thanks to the efficient collaboration of the MOTCRANE team, all the goods successfully arrived at Dubai Airport (DXB) before Christmas in 2025, effectively ensuring the project progress of the client.
