During the inquiry phase, the customer specified the exact span and lifting height for the 10ton single girder EOT crane and requested that we also provide the corresponding rails. Furthermore, the customer sought detailed information regarding the price differences, advantages, and disadvantages between the European-style beam with a CD hoist and the European-style beam with an ED hoist.

After receiving the relevant data, we provided the customer with detailed quotations for two different configurations, along with a comparison analysis table of the differences. Once the customer confirmed the configuration and price, we submitted the main crane drawing to the customer for signature confirmation.

Given that the crane needs to be transported by container, we developed a container loading plan in advance (including a loading list) to ensure the maximum utilization of container space. Additionally, as we also purchased other products for the customer, this plan further optimized the loading efficiency of the goods.

After the crane arrived at the customer’s site, we arranged for a professional engineer to provide paid guidance services, and the equipment installation was ultimately successfully completed.
