The customer plans to build two new workshops and intends to install 4 sets of 3Ton Overhead Crane Exported to Algeria.
At the same time, related tracks and support beams and other ancillary facilities will be constructed as supporting facilities.
♦ The reserved space from the columns to the top inside the workshop is insufficient, which may cause the main beam of the overhead crane to collide with the workshop ceiling during operation.
♦ There are differences in length and span between the two workshops. One of the workshops has been completed and requires personalized design and adjustment according to the different workshop sizes.
Based on the current actual situation, our engineering team re-evaluated the load-bearing capacity of the grúa puente and suggested to the customer that puentes grúa birrail be used for the existing factory buildings, while puentes grúa monorraíl should be used for those that have not yet been completed.
The core advantage of this scheme lies in increasing the number of main beams, effectively reducing the height of the main beams while ensuring the safety of the load, thereby significantly reducing the risk of collision between the overhead crane main beams and the top structure of the workshop.
Furthermore, this plan does not require large-scale renovation of the internal structure of the workshop, thereby effectively reducing the overall implementation cost. We also provided the customer with detailed design drawings and corresponding quotations for two schemes for their reference and decision-making. Ultimately, the client accepted our technical suggestions.
